Genius Handling was born in Rome in 2008
We operate in Leonardo Da Vinci International Airport in Rome, Amerigo Vespucci Airport in Florence, Torino Caselle, Genova, Palermo and Catania Airports.
Our CEO, Alessandro Raiola, brings with him 20 years of experience in assisting passengers and our group today consists of 30 airport supervisors and national coordinators for each single airport, an operations director, a commercial director, an administrative director and a marketing manager.
Our mission is to bring tangible and immediate results to our clients, providing our qualified staff and taking the up most care of the passengers, increasing not only the efficiency of the operative but also the image and prestige of the company we are supervising.

In 2009
As a result, thanks to our working partnership with Vueling we have grown to 41.666 flights supervised with a growth of 122% in volume in 2014.
Our clients
Our first Client was Iberia in 2008 in which we undertook the activity of supervising their flight operative, in result of our good results obtained in Rome we were entrusted with Venice Airport as well. From 2009, we have collaborated with United Airlines, Continental Airline, Blu Panorama, Air Nostrum, Air Moldova, Sky Service, World Courier and Jet Air.
Our activity of assistance in the airports is concentrated mainly in the 360° supervising of flights on behalf principal airlines.
We also offer, as well as our standard service, a custom made product for the specific requirements of local airports, providing from the simple direction of emergency on-demand to the direction of updating the manuals onboard and the handling of the cash bags entrusted to us by the crew.
Another important activity that we offer is the coordination of charter flights, with assistance on Ground, for many international events.
